30-day returns for unopened bottles

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Bottles must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with the original seal intact. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used bottles and bottles with a broken seal are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email support@bareandmeadow.com with your order number, the email used at checkout and the items you wish to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions. Please wait for these instructions before sending anything, and keep your postage receipt and tracking details.

Our business contact address is not a return destination. Use the address provided in your return instructions.

Return shipping costs

You pay the return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, Nerivane covers the return shipping cost when a return is needed. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate return method.

Damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items

Contact us as soon as you notice the issue. Describe what happened and include photographs of the item and packaging when available. Do not use a damaged or leaking bottle. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.

Refunds

When a return arrives, we inspect it and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The refund is based on the amount actually paid for the returned items; bundle discounts are reflected in that amount.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display a processed refund. If you have not received an expected refund, contact support@bareandmeadow.com with your order number so we can check its status.
