Free standard shipping in the United States

Standard shipping is free on every Nerivane order delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required. We currently offer Nerivane delivery within the United States only.

Dispatch and tracking

Any available dispatch or delivery estimate is shown before you place your order. When your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout, with tracking information when available.

Carrier estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot ship within a stated timeframe, we will contact you with the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel it and refund the unshipped items.

Address changes and cancellations

Check your delivery address carefully before ordering. To request a change or cancellation, email support@bareandmeadow.com with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Missing, damaged or incorrect parcels

If tracking has stopped updating, a parcel has not arrived, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number. Keep the packaging and include photographs when available so we can investigate. Do not use a damaged or leaking bottle.
